Welcome to Amandé Studio, operated by Amandé Studio Sàrl. By creating an account, purchasing a session, class pack or membership, making a booking, or participating in any of our activities, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.

We reserve the right to amend, update or reissue these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website. The Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.

References to “Amandé Studio”, “we”, “us” and “our” in these Terms and Conditions refer to Amandé Studio Sàrl.

Current prices and offers are available on our website and booking platform. All prices are stated in Swiss francs.

Sessions must be booked in advance through our website, booking platform or another booking method authorised by Amandé Studio. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

The purchase of a session, class pack or membership does not guarantee the availability of a particular date or time.

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start of the session.

Cancellations or changes made less than 12 hours before the session will be considered late cancellations. In this case, the session will be deducted from the client’s class pack or monthly membership allowance. Clients with an unlimited membership may have their booking privileges restricted in the event of repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

If a client does not attend a booked session, the session will be considered used and will not be refunded, credited, transferred or otherwise compensated.

Failure to receive or notice a booking reminder does not remove the client’s responsibility to cancel within the permitted cancellation window.

If Amandé Studio cancels a session, the applicable session credit will be returned to the client’s account or the booking will be rescheduled. Amandé Studio is not responsible for travel expenses or other indirect costs arising from a cancelled, delayed or changed session.

If a session or time slot is fully booked and a waitlist is available, clients may join the waitlist and will be notified if a place becomes available.

Clients must remove themselves from the waitlist if they are no longer able to attend. Once a client is added to the session, the standard 12-hour cancellation policy applies.

Amandé Studio offers individual sessions and prepaid class packs, each with its own validity period.

The current validity periods are:

Amandé Studio offers monthly memberships providing four sessions per month, eight sessions per month or unlimited sessions, depending on the selected membership.

Memberships have a minimum commitment period of three months. Unlimited memberships are subject to a maximum of one session per day.

Memberships are personal, non-transferable and may not be shared with another person. Recovery sessions are available to members at the member price displayed on our website or booking platform.

Unused monthly membership sessions do not carry over to the following month and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for cash.

Where a referral programme is offered, eligible clients may receive referral credit for introducing a new client to Amandé Studio.

Referral credit may be applied only to eligible future purchases and has no cash value. Referral credit is personal, non-transferable and subject to any additional conditions communicated at the time of the referral offer.

Amandé Studio may withdraw referral credit obtained through duplicate accounts, misuse, fraud or any breach of the applicable referral conditions.

Gift vouchers may be purchased for personal use or as a gift.

Gift vouchers have no cash value, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are subject to the validity period and any additional conditions stated at the time of purchase.

Lost or stolen gift vouchers may not be replaced unless proof of purchase and the relevant voucher details can be provided.

Amandé Studio offers private, on-demand sessions rather than traditional instructor-led group classes. Clients train independently using guided, on-screen technology.

Available workouts, programmes, operating hours, equipment and session times may vary and are subject to change. Specific instructors appearing in guided video content may also change without notice.

Amandé Studio may temporarily modify, replace or withdraw a programme, piece of equipment or session type where reasonably necessary for maintenance, repairs, safety, operational requirements or circumstances outside our control.

Clients must arrive punctually, attend only during their confirmed booking time and leave the training area promptly at the end of their session.

Clients must attend the studio sober and must not be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or any substance that may make participation unsafe.

A late arrival will not extend the reserved session. Amandé Studio may refuse entry if a client arrives too late to use the equipment safely or complete the session within the reserved time. The booking may then be treated as a late cancellation.

Amandé Studio reserves the right to refuse entry, end a session, suspend an account or terminate a membership where a client behaves inappropriately, breaches these Terms and Conditions, misuses equipment or places any person or property at risk.

Before participating in any physical activity or using any equipment at Amandé Studio, clients should ensure that they are medically and physically fit to do so. Clients who are uncertain about their ability to participate should consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking or attending a session.

Pregnant clients, clients who have recently given birth, and clients with an injury, illness, medical condition or recent surgery must obtain appropriate medical approval before participating.

Physical exercise, Reformer Pilates, strength and cardio training, and Roll Shaper recovery sessions involve inherent risks. These risks may include strain, falls, equipment-related injuries, dizziness, illness or other adverse physical effects.

By participating, clients acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to:

Amandé Studio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, physiotherapy or medical treatment. Any information or guidance provided is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, Amandé Studio is not responsible for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from the inherent risks of exercise, a client’s medical condition, failure to follow instructions, misuse of equipment, selection of an unsuitable programme or intensity, or participation against medical advice.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Clients remain responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amandé Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property unless the loss was caused by a breach of its legal obligations.

Before attending their first session, all clients must read, complete and sign Amandé Studio’s separate Liability Waiver and Health Declaration.

The Liability Waiver must be signed before the client may use the studio or any of its equipment. Amandé Studio may refuse entry to any person who has not completed the required waiver.

Signing the Liability Waiver does not remove or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under Swiss law.

Clients are responsible for informing Amandé Studio if their health or medical circumstances change after signing the waiver.

Grip socks: Grip socks are mandatory for all Movement and Reformer Pilates sessions.

Appropriate footwear: Clean indoor trainers must be worn for Strength sessions where required. Outdoor shoes must be removed in designated shoe-free areas.

No body oil: Clients must not use body oils before or during sessions, as oils may damage the equipment and create a safety risk.

Cleanliness: Clients must clean all mats and equipment used after each session with the cleaning products provided.

Equipment: Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the studio and on-screen instructions.

Headphones: Where headphones are borrowed for use with studio screens, clients must handle them carefully and return them after the session.

Respectful behaviour: Clients must maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere for other clients and staff.

No smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio.

Food and drink: Only water in a closed bottle may be brought into the training areas unless otherwise authorised.

Personal belongings: Clients are responsible for their own belongings while on the premises.

Clients may be held responsible for damage caused by deliberate acts, negligent misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions, excluding ordinary wear and tear.

By creating an account, making a purchase, booking or attending a session, and signing the required Liability Waiver, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules, the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
